Traineeship ICT

We are looking for an ambitious ICT intern who wants to collaborate on a large-scale ERP implementation within our organization. A challenging assignment that you do not encounter every day and in which your contribution counts.

Are you following a Bachelor in ICT, Business IT & Management, Data Science or Technical Business Administration? Then this is your chance to gain practical experience in an innovative IT project!

Context of the assignment:

Our organization is in a state of flux. We are currently using SAP as our ERP system. In the fall of 2025, we will move to a new ERP platform that better suits our growth ambitions and operational needs.  The transition to a new ERP system is more than a technical migration: it is an opportunity to modernize our business processes and design them smarter.

What will you do?

As an intern, you will play an active and technically substantive role in this project. Not only will you help analyze and clean up the data, but you will also help design the new system. Your work will include:

• Inventory current data in SAP and identify critical data types.
• Analyzing data quality using, for example, Excel, SQL or Power BI.
• Consulting with departments on which data should be retained.
• Participate in cleaning, structuring and preparing data for migration.
• Support testing and validation phases of the new ERP system.
• Advise on ensuring high data quality in the future.
• Thinking along about the design, logic and user-friendliness of the new system.

What do you bring?

• You are following a Bachelor in the direction of ICT, Business IT & Management, Data Science or Technical Business Administration.
• You work in a structured way, think logically and are proficient with Excel or other analysis tools.
• You have an affinity with data management and ERP processes.
• You are analytical, communicative and dare to ask questions.
• You have a proactive attitude and enjoy thinking about technical improvements.

During this internship, you will gain broad and valuable practical experience in a technically innovative work environment. You will develop skills at the intersection of IT and business, including in the following areas:

• Working with ERP systems such as SAP and modern migration tools.

• Technical analysis of large data sets.
• Project-based work within an implementation team.
• Collaborating with stakeholders from different departments.
• Thinking along on IT architecture and process design.
