Ruben

Business Development

“My name is Ruben and I have been working as 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝘁 at Bakker Flow Services for three years now.

In 2023, I graduated with a degree in Business Administration. Before that, I completed my graduation internship at Bakker Flow Services as an Operations Intern. During my internship, I focused on eliminating paper-based workflows in preventive maintenance by digitalising the processes. Based on my research, I developed an advisory report and implementation plan.

After my internship, I was given the opportunity to continue as a Business Analyst and bring my graduation project to life. Today, the entire organization works with LeanForms (BMS), and many business processes have been successfully digitalised. It’s rewarding to see that what started as a graduation project has grown into a solution that is used throughout the company every day.

At the moment, my main focus is the implementation of our new cloud-based ERP system, AllSolutions. This project marks an important step in our digital transformation by centralizing our IT landscape and making our business processes more efficient. Together with the ERP team, I am responsible for implementing both AllSolutions and the NIO planning system. In addition, I work on a variety of projects aimed at improving, optimising, and digitalising our business processes.

A typical workday currently consists of testing and fine-tuning the configuration of AllSolutions. Together with our key users, we validate new processes to ensure everything works as intended before we go live. Our next milestone is training the end users, which is an exciting and important phase as we prepare for the transition to the new system.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝗜 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗺𝘆 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸? I work with a young and motivated team that offers plenty of opportunities for personal growth. You’ll receive the guidance and time you need to come up with new ideas and develop them into concrete improvements. It’s incredibly motivating to see your own ideas actually being implemented and making a difference in the organization.”
