Supervisor Well Testing

What does your day look like?

You start the day with a meeting with Operations and Sales to go over the preparations for a new Welltest project. You check the drawings and equipment and coordinate everything so that your team can get straight to work on site.

Once on site, you manage the Field Operators and ensure that everything runs safely and smoothly. You are the point of contact for both the customer and the team and know how to strike the right balance between supervision, cooperation and coaching.

In the afternoon, you take some time to instruct and assess a Field Operator. In your role as Assessor, you contribute to the internal training and development of colleagues. At the end of the day, you will not only have supervised a successful project, but also helped your team to grow.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring a safe and manageable process during Welltest projects within (mainly) Europe.
• Managing Field Operators and supervising the team on location.
• Preparing Well test projects in collaboration with Sales and Operations, including review of drawings and equipment.
• Acting as a point of contact for the customer and ensuring clear communication during project execution.
• Act as Assessor for Field Operators and contribute to their development within our competency management system.

Your profile:

• You have a technical background (MBO4 level in petrochemical or mechanical engineering) supplemented with knowledge of Well testing equipment.
• We are looking for a colleague with several years of experience in a similar position.
